Sahara (2005)
Never watch it!...absolute waste of time and money. A predictible cheesy action movie which at some points I thought is an isnsult to my intelligence...I mean you can lie in an action/adventure movie but even that lie should make some sense...

I agree, I watched that movie in university amphitheater with some other friends, half of them asleep!!!
too bad! this movie was on the blockbuster's "gauranteed to be there or it's free" list and i got a rain check for it! i was hoping to take it some time this week!

Hmm, free? what do we say in Farsi? give me a free rope and I will hang myself...But seriously, put your expectations zero. if you have any other options for free movies take them.

I have not seen this movie, but I visited the official web site for the movie. Hmmm, I see that it is based on a novel by Clive Cussler. I read one of his books years ago and it was pretty good. So, I am surprised that the movie sucks. The screen writer probably butchered the book's story. I am not a big fan of Matthew McConaughey. Something has always rubbed me the wrong way about him!

I liked it. Seen it twice. Plan on buying it, hehe. I confess, I am a Matthew McConaughey fan... Also, I found the sidekick very funny. This movie is in my "I can relax and don't think" list.
