I know this isn't much, but I was thinking it would be an even lower amount. I think that I may have told you the story about the grad student from India that I knew in college. He lived in a tiny one room apartment and he felt like he was living like a king. I have known poor African Americans who had a lot more than he did and yet complained about how poor they were. I guess that poverty, and how a person feels about it, is very much relative to the country in which they live, or the country in which they grew up.
